All instock items will ship within 24 hours M-F. All other items will ship in 2-3 weeks depending on the manufacturer. If you order both instock and out of stock items your order will ship when all items are instock which is normally 2-3 weeks. Unless you request instock items ship separately and there will be an addtional charge for shipping two separate orders. Instock items are marked instock.

We try to keep our website up-to-date regularly but sometimes an item might be out of stock that is marked instock. If this happens you will be notified. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order but after 24 hours there will be 20% cancellation fee. If your order does not ship within 3 weeks you can cancel without any penalty, you must allow extra time for holidays. CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

Information about International Orders. Your product may be substituted for a different color or product if an item you ordered becomes on backorder and is not available to ship with the other products. Please note in special instructions section of the order whether you wish to have Vermont Lingerie hold the order and ship when complete (2-4 weeks).

Shipping

We offer free shipping throughout the U.S. on all orders of $85.00 or more. Products are typically shipped via UPS. Shipping costs are determined by package weight and destination... from our Vermont, USA location to the recipient's address.

How do I know what my shipping costs will be?
When you click the 'Add to my shopping bag' button, you will be asked to choose the most applicable shipping method based on what country the package will ship to. If you are shipping the items to a destination in the Continental U.S., Select UPS Ground ' for the best rates. See below for more details about shipping choices for destinations outside the U.S.A. When you submit that information, next you'll see a summary of the contents in your shopping bag with the shipping price indicated, and grand total. You will only be asked for shipping information for the first item you add to your bag. Thereafter the amount will be re-calculated automatically.

Remember, your purchase is not finalized until you complete the checkout process, so you can always change or add more items to your bag and review costs via the 'View Bag' button at any time during your shopping session.

If I live outside the U.S.A., how do I know what my shipping costs will be?
For orders bound for Canada, select 'UPS Canada Ground'.

For all other international orders select UPS Worldwide Express, Worldwide Expedited or USPS Global Internation Express'. Appropriate rates based on weight and the particular shipping service will automatically be displayed when you view the contents of your shopping bag.

Payment Options

There are a number of payment options. Through our on-line secure ordering you can order immediately using your credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

If you prefer, during the checkout process you can select to print your "shopping bag list" and fax your order to (802)524-1124 using your credit card. Or mail the order to Vermont Lingerie Chest, 1170 Hill Road, Fairfield, Vermont USA 05455 with a check or money order drawn on a U.S. Bank (we'll ship your order as soon as your check clears).

We charge your credit card when your merchandise ships, not when you place your order except for large orders over $150.00.
