1. Do the cups fit smoothly? If the cup is not filled out, you may need a smaller size. Cups should completely contain each breast. If there is overflow at the top or underarms, you may want to try a larger cup size (unless you are wearing a push-up).

2. Does the center seam lie against the breastbone, without gaps between cups? Do the breasts seem pushed out to the sides? You may need to try a larger cup or different style.

3. Is the bottom of the bra, front and back, straight or slightly lower in the back? The lower edge of the band should anchor below the shoulder blades. The lower the back fits, the more support you get.

4. Can you run your finger under the band in front? It should be snug, but not tight. If it's tight, you need a larger band size, or a looser hook placement.

1. Proper fit means the panty is balanced and symmetrical, cupping the buttocks evenly, with enough rear coverage for your shape. Step into the panty and pull it up to the correct position on your body, centering yourself to ensure the crotch is pulled forward so that the front crotch seam is showing.

2. Run your fingers around the leg openings from the front to the back seat, placing the back seat to cup the buttocks. Check that leg openings are arched evenly from side to side.

3. Run your fingers around the waistband to set it evenly around the waist. The waist should be snug, but not binding and stay in place comfortably.
