How do I measure
myself for a bra?
Put
on your best fitting bra. Find a tape measure.
RELAX!
Measure the band of the bra
you have on
(around your body under your
breasts) -
not too tight, not too loose.
Round
the inches off to the nearest whole inch.
Add 5" to this number.
If this is an odd number, go to the next highest even number.
This is
your band size.
Measure around your body at the fullest part of your bust
-
not tight and not loose.
Round the inches off to the nearest whole inch.
Subtract
your band size from this measurement.
If the difference is 1", you are an A cup
If the difference is 2", you are a B cup
If the difference is 3", you are a C cup
If the difference is 4", you are a D cup
If the difference is 5", you are an E cup
If the difference is 6", you are an F cup
If the difference is 7", you are a G cup
If the difference is 8", you are an H cup
